All of our products are thoroughly inspected before shipping. If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us at hello@manoirhome.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.

No two pieces are ever the same. You are purchasing a one of one piece.

Due to the handmade nature of the artworks & vases, minor surface variations or markings may occur. These are inherent to the marking process and contribute to the authenticity and uniqueness of the piece.

Colour may differ slightly from how it appears on your screen due to varying monitor settings.

We cannot provide refunds or exchanges on these items for any of the above listed reasons. 

We do not accept responsibility for any packages lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.
